Very late update!!!

I am so sorry for the lack of posts! I can't belive it's been sooo long since I've posted!
So much things changed over the last months and I was not sure if I wanted to keep on blogging! I guess I just wanted a little break! But I kind of missed blogging and sharing things with my readers so here I am again! :-)
Let me update you a little bit!!!!




Ok, here we go... I finished my summer session in L.A and it was the most amazing time ever! I met so many nice people and had so much fun over the 6 weeks.. Studying in the US is really different from studying in Germany but I prefer the US system :-)! And the university.. wow.. sooo beautiful..
I defenitely want to go back there and maybe also live there for some time...

After the 6 weeks my boyfriend came to L.A and I was so happy to see him again. We had an amazing roadtrip! We visited: L.A, Santa Barbara, Malibu, San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Death Valley(sooo hot!!!), Las Vegas, Gran Canyon, Palm Springs and San Diego!
I loved all those cities but I am definitely a L.A fan!!! That is my city!!
As you can imagine we took a lot of pictures and with a lot I mean over 1000!!! So I'm gonna post a lot of pictures over the next weeks!

When we got back from L.A we were so jetlagged we actually slept 14 hours!!! And I was still tired! So to sum it up.. I really had an amazing time at UCLA and our roadtrip was a blast :-)!

Now I am bacl home since the end of September and I can tell you that it was really hard to get used to my life back here. Everything is so different in the US but positively different. I really miss it!

I had a lot to do for my studies and I did my oral exam in November, which means I have one more oral and a bachelor thesis to go and then I'm finished with my bachelor but still not with my studies, because I will do my master thesis in English and Gender Studies.. So 4 more semesters to go..

Oh and one other important thing: my boyfriend and I decided to get a little puppy dog. We decided him to be a chocolate brown labrador! His name is Bruno and he was born last week on December the 1st! He's gonna move in with us next year by the end of January! So excited I can't wait!!
